About the position Come join a creative team of digital marketing professionals! We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to turn campaign results into organized data that we can use to fuel and improve future campaigns. This individual would have a highly analytical mind that’s comfortable with data manipulation and relationships, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and utilizing queries and other business intelligence tools in an effort to find solutions and ways to improve our digital marketing efforts.
This work will be done under our several different verticals, most of which specialize in healthcare, insurance, and home improvement. It’s important that our Digital Marketing Analyst understands digital marketing and its effect on a brand campaign, how to analyze and asses digital marketing campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for future campaigns, how to review Google Analytics (and other third party tracking software), and how to create insightful, meaningful, and accurate reports. Knowledge of marketing and brand management will be necessary for this position.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be communicating mostly with upper management, our Digital Marketing Strategist, and our Crisp teams such as Content, Design, and Development.
Skills & Knowledge Needed Technical skills needed for this position include experience with Google Analytics, bid management and web analytics tools, social ad platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, managing paid search campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing/Yahoo, project management, communication and collaboration, creating and organizing data with Microsoft Excel and other reporting platforms, and the ability to multi-task while staying well-organized and meeting deadlines. We require 3 or more years of work experience in digital marketing as an analyst, experience working with Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing Ads, Outbrain, and Taboola, and a BS degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
