  • Oversee purchasing and inventory logistics and daily operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments.
  • Develop and improve inventory purchasing and PO trafficking processes.

  • Vendor relations and expediting orders.


  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must maintain complete accuracy by double checking everything.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong computer skills & advanced Excel user.
  • QuickBooks Pro intermediate user – able to manage products, invoices, orders, vendors & basic bookkeeping.


  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is a plus.
  • Order Logistics and expediting.
  • Supply chain management.
  • Buying, selling & procurement.

Full-time permanent position. Paid vacation & personal days.
