We’re seeking a motivated and hard working Project Staffing Manager to join our Amazing Team in Southfield, MI.
IF you have the following experiences or education:
  • Minimum of GED/High School Diploma; preferred Associates Degree
  • 2-5 years of management/supervisory with a Team of 10 or more
  • 1-3 years previous project management/coordination experience, preferably in IT or Telecom related projects
AND you excel in the following skill set areas:
  • Computers - intermediate to advanced computer use, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • People - ability to build excellent Internal and External working relationships with both Office and Field personnel; comfortable with negotiating
  • Communication – business professional; grammatically correct English; phone, in person, written
  • Thinking - critical, detail oriented, problem solving, analytical, process oriented
  • Organizational - time management, prioritizing, multi-task, comfortable in a very fast paced environment where short deadlines and quick changes are the norm
  • Leadership – proactive, project management, goal setter, nudges Team to success, trend setter, ambitious, performance oriented
  • Professionalism – polished, driven, strong work ethics, positive attitude, customer service focused, flexible, open to learning and sharing knowledge
  • Technical – able to explain technical work or language in laymen’s terms
AND you performed these duties in your previous positions:
  • Planned, organized, assigned and managed multiple work assignments that achieved company and project objectives
  • Utilized data and research for strategic and proactive Company improvements
  • Coordinated with and supported cross-functional teams in the planning, cost, design, implementation, training, and scheduling of all projects
  • Provided expertise on resources; managed expectations of Internal and External team Members
  • Collected and provided feedback to internal teams from the field and your Clients; improved overall project performance and customer satisfaction
  • Worked on multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with multiple Clients and Vendors
  • Managed your Team to follow established protocols and guidelines; created work around solutions and updated protocols and guidelines as needed
  • Didn’t accept anything less than success, and knew what it took to be successful, including some late nights or weekend working hours
  • Evaluated each project for the most cost effective strategy to schedule, dispatch and deploy Vendors and Staff; mapped routes and schedules to meet budgetary and scheduling obligations
  • Recruited, negotiated and contracted with Vendors for optimal pricing and best performance
  • Managed a varying, and at times intense, workload with a distributed workforce
  • Briefed Executive Management on projects, activities, status updates, and challenges
  • Tracked and reported on key metrics, including any issues/challenges for Lessons Learned
