A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WORK-AT-HOME VIRTUAL OFFICE SOLUTION ASSOCIATE
As a Work-at-Home Virtual Office Solution Associate, you are the "voice" of each business that you represent. You are always friendly, respectful, and professional in all your interactions. Your cheerful smile comes through as you take inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers of our clients in the home service trades. You assist them with scheduling appointments for service technicians from the companies we represent to repair, replace, or maintain their home systems and equipment.
During these calls, you ask basic questions to engage the customer about their needs. You explain to them our clients' fees and scheduling requirements. You educate customers' ad book appointments by handling customer concerns about price or urgency with patience. Your natural empathy helps you understand your customers' concerns and hesitations in order to help them overcome their buying objections. You use your excellent communication skills to explain the value of the client's brand and the benefits of their services. You help increase sales for our clients through your ability to build relationships with their customers, using your sales skills to upsell services and products.
With attention to detail, you verify customer account information and update any necessary information with a high degree of accuracy. You also get to interact with other departments to resolve customer needs, check the status of work orders, and schedule appointments and service calls. And, from time to time, you get to get out and attend job-related training.
You are self-motivated and stay up-to-date with company reference materials, announcements, promotions. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WORK-AT-HOME VIRTUAL OFFICE SOLUTION ASSOCIATE
An associate's degree and any experience with Service Titan, Field Edge, Housecall Pro, or other scheduling software would be a plus! HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home service customer service or dispatch experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Do you have excellent communication skills including conversational, writing, and reading comprehension? Are you a problem solver? Can you prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Are you trustworthy? If so, then you might just be perfect for this full or part-time remote customer service position!
PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME REMOTE WORK SCHEDULE
We offer part-time and full-time Work-at-Home Virtual Office Solution Associate positions. Full-time hours typically range between 30-40 hours a week. Part-time hours typically range between 15-25 hours a week but can flex to as low as 10 hours during low call volume periods and over 30 hours during high call volume periods. We are looking for associates to handle multiple shifts seven days a week.
