Team Project Coordinator (Nashville, TN) Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests and takes proactive measures to obtain all needed information in order to deliver services within SLA (service level agreement) timeframes. Tracks and monitors the cases to ensure a timely resolution. No previous field experience is required. Candidate will be responsible for opening, tracking, and closing all tickets along with customer and engineer interface over the phone and/or through email.

Typical duties include:
a. Receipt of request via email, ticketing system, or phone.
b. Create ticket in ticketing system.
c. Dispatch per requirements.
d. Update customer with scheduling and other events.
e. Track request and documentation through completion.
f. Responsible for proper handoff to other coordinators.
g. Liase with management on any financial issues includinginvoice/billing, and missing documentation.
