Job Title: Help Desk
Job Type: Contract to hire
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
We are looking for a Help Desk candidate to take responsibility for 1st level desktop support, repair and/or installations of PC hardware and software.
In this role, the Desktop Support person will need to familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and operation. Support will be provided to end users via telephone, desk side or remote access support.
Will help customer with technical and applications issues
Will be working with internal company personnel and external clients
Perform computer deployments along with configuration of company PC’s and Laptop in a Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 environment.
Repair PC’s, Laptop and Printers
Replacing hardware and software
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service
MS Office Suite experience
Certifications in any of the following are a must: A+, MCSE, MCDST
4 year degree in Technology or an associate degree with 2 years experience
