Full-time high level help desk support needed. Tasks include equipment and networking installation and support, shipping and receiving responsibilities, and hardware troubleshooting. Entry level position with opportunity for travel and advancement. Position is in the Philly area, however travel throughout the US is required.

Qualifications: Ability to setup and troubleshoot networking infrastructure.Ability to provide onsite and phone support to technology and AV users. In-depth experience with audio-visual, presentation equipment. Knowledge and understanding of networking, technology applications, server and operating systems maintenance. Repair and maintain audio visual and technical equipment.
