As a Representative are the first point of contact for interested customers, address inquiries, follow up with customers who show online interest and with previous customers. This position is ideally suited for those who thrive in fast paced environments, are driven to exceed quotas and committed to delivering quality customer service. Prior automotive knowledge is helpful, but NOT required. Training provided!

Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments for the sales department
Inbound calls –Scheduling customer appointments
Outbound calls–follow up with customers
Follow scripts when speaking with customers
Log customer contact/call records

Requirements:
Strong in-person, phone and written communication
Confident and persuasive phone voice
Ability to meet/exceed established monthly quotas
Strong PC and Internet skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Polished, professional appearance

Compensation: Competitive base pay, bonus, benefits and paid training.

Full-time position: Must be able to work 10 hour shifts on Tue, Wed, Thurs and alternating Sats.
