-Coordinate executive calendar and manage a busy schedule
-Act as first point of contact and gatekeeper to CEO
-Organize project documents and files
-Oversee general office management and administrative staff
-Arrange extensive travel for executive
-10+ years of administrative experience supporting a high level executive
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Multi-tasks successfully in a deadline-driven environment
-Meticulously detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
-Expert calendar management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
