Duties

  • Develope and maintain client relationships by providing excellent software support
  • Prioritize, track and resolve technical issues of client
  • Analyze reported issues and work with development department to determine if issue could occur with additional customers
  • Learn proprietary software
  • Provide input to development team to develope new features for software
Necessary Skills
  • SQL 2005/T-SQL programming skill set
  • Knowledge of C# programming and .NET 2.0 Framework
  • 1-2 years of Help Desk experience
  • Competent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
