40% -- Following established policies and procedures, assists in rollout and installation of workstation software and hardware Performs software updates and handles moves, computer setup and peripherals from site to site.
40% -- Maintains workstation hardware and software. Replaces hardware that has become faulty and corrects software issues. May order replacement parts and track status/inventory of items. Ensures tools and equipment are licensed and approved by IS purchasing.
20% Complete data backups and restorations for users. Assists customers/users and answers questions regarding their equipment. May perform software testing and evaluation of new software and hardware prior to production.

Associates Degree OR Certification from an approved vendor/tech institute OR 2 yrs technical support experience. Required A+ Certification Required Desktop Support experience. Required 2 years Breakfix experience. Required Deployment experience. Required
