NYC Based law firm seeking Paralegal:


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting
  • Ability to multi-task and organize large projects
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of residential real estate, title insurance, securities, and fund formation
  • Experience managing closings, multi-state workflow, and corporate filings
  • Familiarity with EDGAR and Yardi a plus


  • Coordinate and prepare documents for the formation of new legal entities
  • Manage litigation, broker licensing, state qualification, and other workflow
  • Prepare basic legal documents, correspondence, and committee minutes
  • Maintain repository of executed documents and forms
  • Act as liaison for regional offices, outside counsel, and vendors

$55-75k/year, depending on experience and certification
