About Community Solutions:
Community Solutions is a comprehensive human services agency that has responded to the growing and changing needs of South Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas since 1972. Our mission is to create opportunities for positive change by promoting and supporting the full potentials of individuals, the strengths of families, and the well being of our community.
We build emotionally healthy children, youth, families, and individuals by increasing their interdependence, self-reliance, and safety. We accomplish this goal by providing wellness and recovery based behavioral health services, empowerment-based domestic violence and sexual assault services, strength-based prevention and intervention services, and shaping and influencing public policy.
We believe that whether our client is a child in the foster care system, an over burdened family, a man living with schizophrenia, or a woman looking for refuge from domestic violence, they do not have to face their challenges alone.
