Job Description & Responsibilities
The Manager Solutions Delivery is a key senior role in the Column5 organization to lead a team of EPM solution consultants to ensure overall customer solutions are developed and delivered in accordance with Column5 best practices and quality standards. Column5 uses an Agile-based design and delivery process based on our innovative solution approach. The Manager Solutions Delivery works closely with the key members of the Column5 including Column5 Sales, Senior Customer Advisory, Project Management, EPM Technical Consultants, EPM Education consultants.
This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Reporting to the VP of Services, The Manager of Solutions Delivery is responsible for the day to day management of the Solution Delivery consultants including consistency and quality of work, training and development.
Collaborate with Sales and other team members to contribute to high value customer proposals and deliverables.
Collaborate to define and execute on standardized agile sprints for assigned workstreams and deliverables establishing clear management KPIs and quality standards.
Apply and enhance Column5 best practices around requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, solution implementation, testing, and deployment for customer initiatives based on our predefined best practice solutions.
Lead strategic customer engagements to identify prioritize requirements, process transformations and improvements and project success criteria.
Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
Actively, deliberately, and systematically work to identify and seek out additional opportunities to add value to customer organizations by comparing customer current-state EPM maturity against the Column5 EPM maturity model to identify gaps.
Have a strong commitment to professional development and industry material on enterprise planning and reporting.
Contribute in the development of company IP (i.e. blog articles, white papers, best practices, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems.
Travel required to customer locations.

Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
5+ years of experience in business planning and / or corporate finance.
Experience with SAP Planning (SAP BPC, SAP SAC) and EPM solutions.
Experience conducting enterprise business analysis including analysis of business drivers, KPIs, market dynamics, etc.
