Client: Harman/Toyota Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, quality assurance and upgrade of test automation platform for automotive multimedia head units.
Provide technical support to internal customers, including, but not limited to: o Create documentation and/or videos on test automation platform operation o Host troubleshooting and training sessions o Collect automation system logs for post mortem analysis
Create, modify and execute automated test scripts.
Act as SME of test automation platform for internal customers.
Interface between internal customers and software development team on potential issues and enhancements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, sprint refinement and sprint demo.
Review and understand stories related to software fixes and enhancements of automation platform.
Responsible for evaluating each software release before deployment.
Report software issues and/or enhancement opportunities to TMNA Product Owner.
Previous experience using Lab View software for test case creation, modification and execution.
2 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance of head unit systems, preferably (related but not limited to) Bluetooth, apps, hands free calls and navigation functions.
Ability to articulate and dissect complex issues into simple and meaningful format.
Knowledge of automated testing of Android and iOS mobile devices with open source tools (including, but not limited to Appium and UI Automator).
Experience in translating requirements into test artifacts and evaluate for expected behavior.
Willingness to participate in after hour support sessions as required.
Experience with agile and waterfall development cycles.
Experience working in a dynamic environment including multiple parties such as TMNA team members, business partners and external suppliers.
