Operations Consultant-Call Center(4582)

Healthcare client, focused on dentistry
Call center has about 300 people focused on:
  • Inbound calls to schedule new and existing patients at 200+ centers in CA, NV, AZ, TX
  • Outbound sales calls to get people to come back and complete treatment
  • Collections for insurance and from patients who are extended credit

Scope and activities
Consultant will focus on:
  • Call center efficiency – workforce management, performance management, technology, etc.
  • Call center effectiveness – scheduling effectiveness, selling process, integration with Ops and Finance, etc.
  • Collections – staffing levels, efficiencies, etc.

Required experience and skills:
  • Must have led call center operations
  • Several years as a consultant optimizing call center performance
  • Healthcare experience

Work is based in Orange County, CA. Starts in early December, initially for 3 mos, opportunity for extension.
