Operations Consultant-Call Center(4582)
Healthcare client, focused on dentistry
Call center has about 300 people focused on:
- Inbound calls to schedule new and existing patients at 200+ centers in CA, NV, AZ, TX
- Outbound sales calls to get people to come back and complete treatment
- Collections for insurance and from patients who are extended credit
Scope and activities
Consultant will focus on:
- Call center efficiency – workforce management, performance management, technology, etc.
- Call center effectiveness – scheduling effectiveness, selling process, integration with Ops and Finance, etc.
- Collections – staffing levels, efficiencies, etc.
Required experience and skills:
- Must have led call center operations
- Several years as a consultant optimizing call center performance
- Healthcare experience
Work is based in Orange County, CA. Starts in early December, initially for 3 mos, opportunity for extension.
