CIS Secure Computing, Inc., serves the secure communications market as a leading provider of communications and computing solutions for government and commercial customers. CIS designs and manufactures a wide range of products, which include secure telephones (under the TSG protocol), secure computers (TEMPEST), encrypted tactical communication systems, secure tele- and video-conferencing systems, and a variety of specialty systems used in secure networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify OEM sales targets within the Intelligence Community
  • Engage targets and develop OEM sales deals
  • Coordinate support from product management, sales engineering, development and marketing
  • Deliver a compelling presentations to each prospect identifying the clear advantages of engaging with CIS Secure, a leader in the field
  • Lead negotiation activities, supported by product management and executive team
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to product team
  • Deliver regular status reports on pipeline opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and maintain an annual sales plan for OEM accounts

Experience: Security Clearance Required; Top Secret Clearance is highly desirable

  • 7-10 years experience of communications security sales and business development experience, covering OEM and technology business sales
  • Experience with Federal government sales is a plus
  • Proven experience communicating a value proposition and go- to market model to senior executives in high potential impact partnerships
  • Extensive industry contact network
  • Proven track record of delivery of revenue generating partnerships on a national scale

o Any individual who is granted status as a "protected person"

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to drive a car for client visits.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
