(subsidiary of CCS-Inc.) is looking for a full-time Software Customer Service Technician for our compliance management software product. As a member of the services team, you are helping customers daily with everything from training requests to more challenging technical troubleshooting. You serve as a technical consultant to the customer, listening to their needs, articulating product benefits and offering valuable solutions.

You are a key member of an exceptional services team that focuses on customer satisfaction and has the desire to go the extra mile for customers. You have strong critical thinking skills to make customer focused decisions and work efficiently in a team oriented environment.

In addition, you are responsible for growing our product offering from the backend; gathering feedback from the user community and communicating this feedback to our product development team. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain successful long term relationships with both internal and external customers through responding to in/outbound customer service inquiries via telephone and email
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to customer support requests.
  • Recommend potential services to customers after analyzing their needs
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding product improvements and trends to product stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or 4 years relevant experience
  • Technical customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting database driven web based applications
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server and Microsoft client products
  • Familiar with JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, HTML Syntax, Oracle and SQL Server, NTFS and IIS authentication permissions
