We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning and Reporting Technician.
Provides support to Execution Team and Project Controls professionals by maintaining and reporting on CASPR Database Systems and Project Status. Primarily responsible for overseeing and ensuring Data Accuracy and Integrity in accordance with standards. Collects, enters, and updates schedule information in CASPR and Quickbase databases and reports progress and deficiencies in meeting Planned and Forecast milestone production objectives. Works with supervisors to assemble project status and scheduling fragments in order to produce sound management plans and implementation schedules for operatives. Provides and reports on schedule analysis including missed milestones, logic errors, GAP analysis, Task sequencing and timelines, production curves and performance trend analysis, LD shot-clock and penalty conditions, and process improvements. Participates in weekly execution and project review meetings as necessary to assist in recording completed milestones, forecast schedules and action plans intended to provide operational direction and corrective action.
Participates in weekly project team meetings; assists in recording completed CASPR milestones, note corrective action plans and trend documentation; Provides team awareness and follow-up on weekly/monthly milestone deliverables and execution status, communicates project deadlines and penalty conditions related to delinquent milestones. Assists the Team in developing Execution plans, rollout schedules and operational run rates intended to meet and exceed Client production expectations.
Interacts with project teams to match detailed schedule of activities to execution and staffing/budget plans. Maintains oversight and status of POR/POE for all Project Initiatives and provides Team updates concerning project counts, production deficiencies and corrective action mitigation strategy .
Works with supervisors to assemble applicable fragments of activities to input into project schedules.
Interacts with project controls team by providing scheduling and pay-point data to assist in managing and updating projections for revenue, billing and cash flow.
Managing and Maintaining 98% + Data Accuracy in CASPR database. Ensure missed/outdated milestones, task timelines and task sequencing are correct and avoiding logic errors.
Provides Schedule Analysis to correct and improve production performance: Missed Forecast, Forecast to Actual completion status and ratios, POR/POE status, predecessor/successor GAP analysis, Production Curves and performance trend analysis.
Acts in capacity of a “lead person” and provides management and oversight of local PSA CASPR Technicians.
Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates. List supervised positions: PSA CASPR Technicians.
Advanced knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and Word) needed.
Intermediate proficiency with project management database systems and/or related scheduling software
Ability to work as member of a team or group with good communications skills
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Able to exchange information between different systems
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel to assist Team with specialized production reports, Pivot tables and related mediums to support production rollouts.
Ability to recognize schedule and cost conflicts and formulate action plans
