Description:Vice President of Operations/Multi Unit Manager
Reports to: President/Chief Executive Officer
Efficiently manage policies and activities of operational staff and stores to increase revenue and ensure successful operations.
Management and Administration
Provide general oversight of all CASA activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and ensure an efficient operation.
Assure organizational stability through the development and implementation of standards, controls, systems, procedures and regular evaluation.
Assure a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff. Constant analysis of the process for selecting, developing, motivating, and evaluating staff.
Recommends staffing and financing to corporate officers.
Specify accountability standards for personnel and evaluate performance regularly.
Handle complex concepts and problems, balance multiple tasks, and make rapid decisions regarding administrative issues.
Demonstrate commitment to continued professional growth and development.
Plan and meet deadlines. Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of employees, customers and executive management. Hours may be long and irregular.
Store and Warehouse Operations Management
Able to analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow, etc) and make calculated operational decisions.
Achieve financial objectives by creating adhering to the set annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Manages store employees and managers by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Ensure availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory & an efficient ordering schedule.
Formulate pricing policies in conjunction with buyers by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures within a specified Loss Prevention Policy.
Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Maintain the compliance of lease and legal requirements.
Determine marketing strategy by reviewing financial statements and departmental sales records.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Provide leadership, effective management and training for staff.
Set labor budget and assess hiring needs.
Recruit, on-board, and review operational staff.
Other Duties as assigned to maintain:

Minimum of three years Retail Management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA preferred.
Ability to influence others & lead a diverse staff to achieve and exceed the goals of an organization.
Develop constructive and collaborative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
Advanced communication skills to provide information to all levels of an organization and lead the organization towards achieving its goals.
Positively represent the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
