Area Manager
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a group of restaurant units within THE DC/NVA geographic area
  • Oversee human resource functions for area of responsibility; ensure that GMs and Store Management teams keep thorough employee records
  • Create budget projections, marketing initiatives
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are upheld in all units in area of responsibility
  • Closely monitors financial reporting
  • Regularly conduct management meetings to set clear and attainable goals, sales initiatives, maintenance schedules, company policies and procedures
  • Conducts regular store audits, oversees inventory taking

Qualifications
  • 3 years of multi-unit management in Quick -Casual Restaurants with mid to high volume sales
  • Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills


General Managers and Assistants
  • Overall responsibility for running a mid-to-high volume Quick-Casual dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills to lead, train, develop, and motivate staff
  • Participate in promotions and marketing efforts at the store level
  • Build positive, professional relationships with staff, vendors, and guests
  • Ensure guests have the best dining experience possible through excellent service, store cleanliness, and timely and accurate execution of foods
  • Inventory, ordering, reporting and other typical General Management responsibilities


Qualifications
  • 2-3 experience as a salaried General Manager or Manager in a Quick -Casual dining concept
  • Proven ability to train and develop people
  • History of strong cost-controls

Base Salary
Area Manager to 80K
General Manager to 60K
Assistants to 45K
