We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst for our Brampton client. This position focuses on client success, client-facing skills and a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and and software development cycle.
Execute projects from design to delivery
Provide estimates and solution approaches for the business
Liaise between the client and project team in evaluating business value of user stories and prioritizing them for execution by the team
Work with team members to determine implementation trade-offs that improve value and reduce cost
Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of the requirements in order to clarify and refine user Stories
Create supporting technical documentation
Play a direct role in client communications and expectation/scope management
Contribute to and execute on processes and practices
Supervise, mentor and coach Senior Developers
Travel within North America and to some Europe locations maybe required
Intermediate to senior BA and has worked on large/complex software implementation projects (e.g. CRM, ERP projects, etc.).
8+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on large/complex technology projects with a focus on sales and customer service in the manufacturing industry
Minimum 3 years' experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferably salesforce.com and salesforce communicates
Strong full cycle software development knowledge and experience
Client-facing and customer-facing experience to deliver solution overviews, webinars and training
University degree is required
PMI-PBA certification is an asset
