Capitol Digital & Califorensics is looking for quality-oriented outside sales professionals to help grow our digital and offset printing division. We have recruited many of the most talented personnel within the industry and are implementing an ambitious growth plan. We are seeking a customer-focused individual capable of delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a clear commitment to working in a team environment and adding customer value. He or she must have strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude. This role can provide personal growth, exciting opportunities, and attractive compensation as part of a great team in the Sacramento region.
· Service existing accounts and establish new accounts via warm leads and cold calling efforts.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
· Educate customers on new products and services.
· Follow up on quotes and opportunities to facilitate increased sales.
· Enter leads and account information into the company CRM database.
· Plan and organize your daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales opportunities.
· Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently within time constraints and against deadlines.
· Must be a self-starter and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· High energy level and ability to manage multiple sales related tasks simultaneously.
· Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
Background in the digital and print industry or graphics and marketing services are highly desirable but not required.
2+ years of outside sales experience focused on new account generation and account management.
Valid driver's license.
