Title: Independent Sales Representative
Department: Sales Division
Reports to: Director of Sales
Compensation:1099 Commission Only and will consider other compensation structures for the right professional candidate.
Territories Available: Northern California, Arizona, Idaho,
Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and work from anywhere.

Job Objective:
We are currently looking for a Self-Driven, Independent Sales Representative to represent our products to Kitchen and Bath Dealers, Cabinet Hardware Distributors, Furniture Manufacturers, Cabinet Manufacturers, Home Builder's, Cabinet Hardware Distributors, Furniture Manufacturers, Cabinet Manufacturers. and any company involved in the home remodeling industry.

The Representative will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generating through closing. Develops and implements agree d upon marketing plans which will meet business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. The Representative will work together within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, existing and new revenue generation, along with long-term account goals in line up with cabinet’s warehouse vision and values.


  • Responsible for the sales of the company’s products and services tailored exclusively to the Kitchen and Bath industry.
  • Develops and maximizes all opportunities in the process of opening a new dealer location to closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from other competitors.

  • Develops quarterly sales business plans in conjunction with the sales and support teams, which details activities to follow during the fiscal quarter, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quotas and earnings for its territory.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Responsible for identifying and building an effective Center of Influencing Network, with sales recruiters and other professionals to maximize company revenue.

  • Follows all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Understanding of the company pricing and proposal models.

  • Maintains accurate records of sales, prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
  • Available to attend Quarterly & Annual Meetings at designated locations including but not limited to. Corporate sales meetings, trade show events.

  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows all sales associate to give an effective presentation of our products.

Job Specifications:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management in the B2B industry.
  • Strong understanding of clients, market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to work in a valued and diversified team of professionals.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed given sales quotas.

The Independent Sales Representative shall keep Cabinets Warehouse’s business secrets, including but not limited to customer, supplier, logistical, financial, research and development information, confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party during and after termination of the Selling Rights. The Account Representative shall not sell, or in any way assist anyone else to sell, any product(s) that compete with the product(s) of Cabinets Warehouse within the territory assigned in for the duration of the Selling Rights and for the calendar year immediately following termination of the Selling Rights.
