Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general maintenance of the facilities and preventative maintenance of the manufacturing equipment. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repairing any problems with equipment that has failed.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Maintain Manufacturing equipment
  • Facilitate regular preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment
  • Provide fast repair on broken down equipment
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Fix basic facilities problems, such as replacing light bulbs, door handles, etc. in a timely manner
  • Participate in weekly maintenance meetings
  • Practice good record keeping related to all repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Assist manufacturing engineering with new machine setup

To be considered for this position an applicant must meet these minimal requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Maintenance OR 5 plus years of experience as a maintenance technician
  • Must be able to use a computer with Microsoft Office products and other programs
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be self motivated and able to work on their own
  • Must be able to manage time well
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
  • Must have genuine desire to be the BEST and demonstrate an outstanding work ethic
  • Must take pride in your work, in your work environment and work well as a team player
