The primary job of the Salesforce Practice Lead is to plan, design, and architect enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. In this role, the Salesforce Practice Lead puts their expertise of Salesforce to use by leading teams through the discovery, design, development, and deployment of customized solutions that meet the needs of each given client.
In this position, the Salesforce Practice Lead also oversees the Salesforce line of business at BRIO and supervises a team of consultants and Salesforce Administrators.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and it’s capabilities, and can apply them to businesses in a range of industries, from law to healthcare. Previous experience with custom Salesforce implementations is required.
The key functions of the Salesforce Practice Lead are to:
Assess how the business needs of a client can be fulfilled with the Salesforce.com platform and define project scope, requirements, and definitions;
Communicate between business and technical teams throughout a project lifecycle to ensure that specific deliverables meet requirements;
Own the implementation of each Salesforce project, participating in sprint planning, task creation, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing;
Conducting workshops and training on Salesforce;
Training, managing, and overseeing BRIO’s consultants and Salesforce Administrators;
Establishing effective goals, targets, and policies to increase efficiency and productivity in BRIO’s Salesforce department;
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
