BRIO works on technical projects for dozens of clients in industries that span from legal and healthcare to retail and non-profit. We design custom solutions that often leverage well-known platforms like Salesforce or Shopify to build customer engagement and operational support tools that connect the dots between goals and real success for businesses, their teams, and their customers.
You’ll work as part of our team to support, advance, and secure BRIO’s internal systems and those of our clients. In this role, you’ll:
Work with internal and external business stakeholders to recommend the optimal strategic direction for IT infrastructure.
Provide support and expertise in:
Azure Infrastructure Administration
(Active Directory, Intune, Endpoint Management, etc)
Network Administration System
LAN/WAN and VPN Technologies
Build, configure, and support equipment for BRIO employees.
Ensure Security and Compliance requirements and documentation for compliance with corporate and client policies.
We’re also looking for candidates with:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills;
The ability to multitask and prioritize work;
The ability to travel to clients and be on site when necessary;
Certifications in key technologies are a strong plus.

Last Thing: Our team works onsite at our Conshochocken office several days a week, and virtually the rest. Candidates must be able to commute.
