We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, professional interested in a full-time position as a Marketing/Graphic Coordinator. The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented, have a strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Implement execution of marketing collateral and swag such as sales brochures, sell sheets, fact sheets, Q&A, and promo swag; Use desktop publishing and illustration design software to create/edit various marketing graphic materials, such as ads, flyers, brochures, catalogs, postcards, technical manuals, instruction inserts and other marketing materials as needed. Sales presentation preparation: prepare quotes, spreadsheets & illustration for sales reps. Sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, updating contact information, conducting research on company and other assignments in database. Assist in developing and coordination of sales promotions to help drive incremental sales. Responsible for Website maintenance and design. Monitor and track web activity Perform other related duties as required or directed including customer service activity, sales and operations support, reporting to support sales, operations, and finance. QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES: General: 1. Prior marketing experience an asset 2. Demonstrate knowledge/experience of/with key marketing mix channels including advertising, online marketing, email marketing, direct mail, public relations and events and promotions. 3. Must be accurate, organized, detail-oriented and thorough in all areas of work. 4. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Must have the ability to complete assignments within time frame specified Computer/Software: 1. Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, Outlook email 2. CRM Packages or Email Marketing Tools: Maximizer, Constant Contact 3. Working knowledge of the following graphics packages: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Page Maker is a plus 4.
