For our US location, we are seeking a highly talented and passionate sales person who can communicate the bigger picture in an inspiring way. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and always keen to go outside the comfort zone. You will be the driving force in the success of the company’s fast-growth goals for our Office 365 solutions.
At least 2 years of B2B software and cloud sales development experience (preferred SharePoint and Office 365)
Successful track-record in quota orientated sales attainment, within a competitive environment
Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent prospecting skills – proven position as Outbound Sales / Telesales Rep
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
Comfortable with a constantly changing work process, able to adapt quickly
Strong computer skills, including CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite
Good knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Office 365, Azure and SharePoint Online)
Accurately forecast sales activity and regularly exceed sales quotas
Proactively generate new prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads in multiple roles including budget holders, key decision makers and influencers
Deliver confident business pitches and demonstrate ability to overcome prospect/client objections
Quickly and efficiently qualify inbound marketing leads in order to book meetings/demos
Gather all needed business process information to help BPA Channel Partners and/or BPA Executives preparing a tailored online presentation
Manage 3-6 month sales cycle by coaching channel partners and developing sales incentives to close deals
Monthly Pipeline review with BPA Channel Partners and assist them with the right resources during the Sales Cycle
Maintain a strong awareness of the players in the regulatory and compliance industry (consultants, developments, competing products and competitor organizations)
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our key markets, client use-cases and benefits of BPA applications for these markets
Commercial administrative management assistance (creation of offers, contracts etc.)
Competently record activity (leads, opportunities, updates, progress etc) through the CRM in order to maintain a structured and organized approach to your workload.
Base salary range USD 40k-50k plus an uncapped commission plan with on target objectives set at USD 100k
Health insurance stipend up to $400 per month
Option to work from home up to 2 days per week after training period
