Compensation

$45,000 to $55,000 Annually

We are an International Boutique Marketing Firm looking for a talented and creative social media and marketing professional with experience working with multiple brands. Must be well-organized, a self-starter, a strong communicator, client-facing, and passionate about social media. We are growing rapidly and need someone that can hit the ground running!

Candidate will oversee social media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting for one or more clients, as well as manage our firm's in-house social media strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, and considers top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.

Create timely content optimized for platform used and intended audience.

Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.

Be professional, adaptable, and have a positive attitude in the office.

Analyze and report social media actions on a regular basis.

Create engaging and and customized content that reflects clients and their brands for a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.

Continue to refine and define our social marketing process, and team workflow.

Work with teams to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across our firm's marketing materials, social media content, etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Demonstrable social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).

Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), as well as industry social media tools designed to grow followers, etc.

Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.

Ability to blog about social media on and clients on the firm's website.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
