We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships BOSS! You’ll be representing BossBabe externally - nurturing, developing and managing strategic relationships. In this role, you’ll be working on your business development skills and driving forward our strategic partnerships strategy. We’re looking for someone excited by developing meaningful partnerships with brands that you know our audience (of millions of women!) will love and benefit from. An ideal client would have existing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, companies aligned with the BossBabe mission of female empowerment, be great negotiators and of course: be social butterflies.
Drive partnerships strategy and relationships
Development of new business partnerships with strategic brands
Track, analyze and communicate performance of partnerships to the CEO
Work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish partnership goals
Identify new business opportunities for the company
Serve as a spokesperson for BossBabe
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to serve as a spokesperson for BossBabe
Outstanding relationship builder
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience successfully using data and analysis to create and support business narratives
Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple projects
Event management experience is a plus
