Inside Sales Representative Job Duties: • Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales opportunities. • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of market segment or trade factor. • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential opportunities versus products. • Sets up contracts by referring to price lists and product literature. • Keeps management informed by submitting daily call reports or weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, marketing techniques, etc. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports. • Maintains records on market sector and customer sales. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Conducts web based product demonstrations against goals. • Helps close accounts already in process with company. • Attend conferences and acquire new prospects
