Customer Service Representative for Picture Framing Manufacturer

Bella Moulding is a distributor of unique wood mouldings produced by the finest manufacturers in Europe, the US and Asia. Our mouldings have been specially selected by framers, for framers, looking to set themselves apart from their competition. The line ranges from beautifully stained hardwoods, intricate patterned marquetry, all wood veneers and elegant water-gilded mouldings. We are seeking a dedicated customer service rep to join our team. In this position, you will be receiving calls from business owners who have ordered our products or samples of our products. We are in need of someone who has worked in a phone-based customer service role, preferably in a production environment, with strict and demanding deadlines in getting products out to customers. This position requires communicating with production staff, managers, shipping department, and other key individuals within our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role and experience with picture framing is a plus.

Responsibilities in this full-time Customer Service position include:

~ Review and enter customer orders in spreadsheets
~ Process and follow up on customer orders
~ Have interaction with the manufacturing floor to expedite orders
~ General clerical

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, M-F

Requirements

- At least one year of phone-based customer service experience, preferably in a wholesale business

- Must be a self starter who can work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully

- Must be well organized, detail oriented

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Basic math skills
