The primary responsibility for the Sales AE role is to meet or exceed revenue goals, and of course, drive profit. Our ideal candidate has programmatic sales advertising experience, and complete comprehension of the dynamics of programmatic sales, specifically, selling, creating, and activating PMPs into agencies, brands, trading desks, and media companies.

We’re looking for hungry sellers that can make a long term impact on our revenue growth.

This position is based in our NYC office.


  • Existing deep contacts within DSPs, media agencies, agency trading desks, brands, and large media companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge new contacts and grow relationships with ease (people love to work with you).
  • Established track record of driving revenue, closing deals, building strong sales pipelines, and tracking momentum.
  • Goal driven, team player.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive a high volume of outreach every week.
  • Ability to tell a “sales story” via powerpoint, one sheets, and custom sales collateral.
  • Must be able to manage a personal sales process including all aspects of sales from lead generation, cold calls, general outreach to new prospects, conducting meetings, entertaining clients etc.
  • Work with potential clients to clearly understand objectives and advertiser KPIs and then communicate the benefits of working with Beachfront.
  • Attend conferences and events on behalf of Beachfront.


  • 3-5 years programmatic and digital sales experience.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in Powerpoint, Excel, Keynote, Hubspot.
  • An awesome personality, people love to work with you, and sense of humor a must.
  • Ability to drive revenue.
