involved in leading a small team of representatives with the responsibility to maximize
our centers efficiency, productivity and profitability. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is not a requirement. Paid Training provided.

will have inbound/outbound call center management experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to select, train, and positively motivate
a team of representatives to meet/exceed company goals.Your team of representatives
will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, email correspondence, appointment setting for the service department
