Main responsibilities for this position:
Daily and month end bank reconciliations
Monthly fixed asset maintenance
Assist in month end closing
Weekly payable runs for our vendors
Process ACH payments
Oversight of company credit card expenses
Interfaces with our Operations department
Various projects that result in process improvement
Future opportunity to help with HR/payroll duties
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred-experience can take the place of degree
Entry level with prior accounting experience or Internship in the accounting field
Excellent organization skills
Ability to easily prioritize duties and responsibilities
Experience working effectively in teams
Great written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
