We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who has a true desire to uncover prospects and grow our customer base by Delivering Experiences with Passion and Energy!

Previous experience in transportation or logistics is a big plus; however, the most important requirements are a track record of persistence and relentless pursuit to achieve goals which will create additional customers for ALS.
Create and build upon qualified lead lists
Make multiple outbound calls to cold and warm potential customers
Work with management to ensure alignment with company strategy in forecasting, business plans, and pipeline development
Review sales activities and strategize with management
Use and manage a CRM Database to track sales cycle progression and log efforts
Ensure operations and inside sales core process is adhered to daily
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal oriented and self motivated
Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively manage time
Energetic, passionate and persuasive
Comfortable and eager to talk to new people all day
