RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Dealership Showroom or Sales Lot
Operate Switchboard Telephone System and Direct Customers To Appropriate Staff
Communicate With Callers In A Professional, Friendly and Efficient Manner
Work To Minimize The Amount Of Time Customers Spend On Hold
Provide Basic Information To Callers Who Have General Inquires
Assist The General Manager With Various Clerical Duties As Needed
Be Friendly, Professional, Courteous and Efficient When Working With All Customers and Employees
Handle Customer Complaints With Integrity and Poise, And Take or Refer The Complaining Customer To The Appropriate Individual for Resolution
Other Duties or Tasks As Requested or Required
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior Automotive Experience Preferred But Not Required
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
Valid Driver’s License
Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability To Learn Other Computer-Based Tools For Client-Facing and A Majority Of Roles
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
Self-Motivated
Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Environment
Availability To Work Some Evenings and Weekends
Solid Work Ethic Around Attendance and Punctuality
