The Resale Specialist has primary responsibility for coordinating, processing and producing resale documents. The day-to-day responsibilities of a Resale Specialist typically involve review and verification of final and closing documents, preparing customer billing statements and answering escalated questions regarding billings. Additionally responsible for reports, and other files.
Communicate requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions.
Reviews and processes resale document requests presented by owners or their agents.
Open orders, input closing statements from a worksheet
Interpret earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
Gathers, reviews, orders and compiles the information and documents that make up a resale package.
Coordinates with others inside and outside the organization to ensure the files include all pertinent information necessary to produce a legal resale package for each specific Association.
Responsible for the accurate and up to date information base used to fill out Management Certifications for appropriate client Associations.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
