ASCENDING is looking to strategically grow its operations team and expand our presence nationally. As a result, we are looking for a hardworking, driven, and extremely organized individual that wants to have a meaningful career within IT & Education industry.

- Onsite work preferred: Fairfax, VA.

- Fluent Mandarin and English required.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow brand and style guidelines to create contents.
  • Defining/improving corporate processes & procedures.
  • Diligently maintaining corporate tracking sheets.
  • Coordinating day-to-day functions between the sales team & the marketing team.
  • Manage queue of internal support requests.
  • Maintain relationships and effectively coordinate between multiple people, both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in IT / Marketing/ Administration/ Training.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing in the US.
  • Experience with creation of contents, blogs, social media and newsletters.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Fast learner with new technologies and trends.
  • Can work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • The ability of communicating/ maintaining relationships with customers.
