We are seeking a Revit Designer with 5+ years of experience. Proficiency with Revit (required), Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office products, Bluebeam, or similar PM Project management software as well as familiarity and proficiency presentation software.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of Architectural, Structural and MEP projects design from concept studies through detailed design support during design process throughout the project using Revit software.
• Coordinate with consultants to create construction documents, specifications, presentation models, some preliminary layout and schematic design work.
• Create and modify models and their components, generating details, model sharing, collaboration, Clash detection constructability review.
• Create schedules, specifications, materials, take-offs, create graphic and 3D model presentations.

Experience & Software Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in producing and managing Architectural, Structural and MEP models and construction drawing sets from sketches and markups provided by Engineers.
• Experience with Revit administration managing all parts of Revit including complex modeled-in-place Families
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office products, Bluebeam, or similar PM Project management software as well as familiarity and proficiency presentation software.
