The Sr. Mgr, Digital Marketing (eCommerce) is responsible for developing and leading all of Apria’s digital marketing initiatives across current and upcoming branded websites. This role is responsible for directing and implementing marketing plans that lead to successful completion of our revenue goals. In addition, the Sr. Mgr, Digital Marketing develops and executes advanced level online marketing plans that include: paid search campaigns; email campaigns; display and retargeting; affiliate marketing; social media campaigns; and content driven campaigns (such as blogger relationships). This role is the subject matter expert where online and digital marketing activities are concerned by developing and managing our agency relationships by marketing channel.


  • Develop performance media plans to maximize impact on website traffic, ROI and revenue for both online and store businesses.
  • Partner with Leadership and internal stakeholders e.g. Brand Marketing, Business Analytics, and Merchandising to increase marketing results, effectively execute campaign strategies, and ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks. Prepare reports to update internal teams and executives on channel growth, customer engagement, and other key performance metrics.

  • Create, manage, and communicates the online marketing plans and campaign Calendar.

  • Continuously test new digital opportunities with current and potential partners.
  • Deliver online marketing plans that optimize for sales and increased brand recognition
  • Accountable for management and goal setting of interactive, paid search, organic search, display, email, social and affiliates across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Manage vendor marketing agencies by channel.
  • Track data and analytics via Domo to measure ROI, the effectiveness of campaigns, make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Responsible for "brand aligned" overall look and feel of all campaign creative promotions.

  • This position manages all management of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of management within the department.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing, and expertise acquiring customers through digital channels. Prior experience includes leading and developing a vendor resources as well as working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in both acquisition (e.g., Driving qualified traffic, new customer outreach programs, email acquisition efforts, etc.) and retention marketing (e.g., Conversion optimization, A/B testing, Customer engagement, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B, multi-variate testing and customer experience initiatives that drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Demonstrated experience to produce and effectively communicate ROI Analysis by Channel.
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.

  • Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence.
  • Able to translate trends into brand effective business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience to produce and effectively communicate ROI Analysis by Channel.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Magento Enterprise and WordPress.
  • Must be able to articulate a vision and develop and deliver supporting marketing plans.
  • Proven experience developing and managing a digital marketing budget and portfolio.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners.
  • Must exhibit a passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience, the company’s growth stage in ecommerce, and desire to expand and grow awareness for the Apria Healthcare brand, products online and target customer.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient to expert experience with Microsoft® Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

  • College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

Other Skills

  • Must be willing to workoccasional weekends, and holidays from remote office to support launch and critical project timelines.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Medical device market and / or healthcare market experience is a plus.
