The successful candidate is a passionate service professional with the ability to discuss and answer questions about our menu, able to respond to guest's requests, communicate necessary information to the culinary team, maintain an upscale but casual atmosphere, operate a hand held ordering electronic device, set up stations for our menu, and bring creativity and thought to the work place. Wine knowledge is a plus. The successful candidate will display a key role in contributing to guest satisfaction and a positive, clean work environment.
Passionately discuss our menu with considerable knowledge to our guests.
Accurately order food items including guest requests in cooperation with the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow the manager’s instructions
Clean and maintain Dining area
Ensure that meals are delivered simultaneously, accurately, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests
Proven restaurant experience at an upscale or casual full service dining establishment
Capable of handling many tasks at once, while under timing pressure and keeping positive
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work in a high speed, time sensitive environment
Valid/Current Food Service Sanitation Education Certificate of Completion by an ANSI certified program.
Possess the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and guest’s requests
Complete Alcohol Service training as regulated by Arizona Department of Liquor Licensing.
