We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Rep (remote) to join our team! NO COLD CALLING. You will be responsible for assessing, guiding, and helping struggling homeowners. We offer flexible days (Monday through Saturday) and flexible hours (9am-9pm).
Answer inbound phone calls
Quickly assess clients needs to qualify them for proper help
Navigate our CRM
Follow-up with clients who don't currently meet our criteria
Other minor administrative duties relative to helping clients
Consultative approach to sales
Ability to make logical judgment calls
Strong math skills to calculate monthly income or mortgage payments
Articulate and confident
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have previous call center, customer service, sales, mortgage, or real estate experience
Must have access to an ethernet internet connection in a dedicated home workspace, and use of a laptop or desktop computer, and a smartphone
