Sponsor Relationship Manager
American Kidney Services is a 501(c)3 charitable organization looking for Relationship Managers to create long-term connections with our Sponsors. In this role, the responsibilities would be to initiate sponsor relationship’s by engaging local business owners to support the cause of American Kidney Services. Then to ensure that those sponsor’s needs are met on-time and serviced properly, as well as maintaining existing relationships. The ideal candidate must be organized, a self-starter, articulate, able to work with people from different backgrounds and have a passion for helping others and the environment.
This position allows you a flexible and relaxed atmosphere while remaining highly professional, engaging business owners and building relationships.
Clearly communicate the mission of American Kidney Services and the community impact.
Maintaining strong relationships with current participants and building trusting relationships with new sponsors.
Ensure all necessary compliance paperwork and contracts are received and documented properly.
Become an expert on community needs and areas that could be impacted.
Expand growth and presence of American Kidney Services in neighborhoods and communities that don’t have access to resources for donating or recycling.
Perform other roles or responsibilities as necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills between sponsors and others within the organization.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to listen and hear what sponsors need and are looking for that could positively benefit their Company.
Ability to manage multiple locations and follow up on sponsors who have not fully committed.
Experience in delivering effective and respectful opportunities to sponsors.
Enjoy working independently to achieve goals.
This is not your typical Sales or Relationship Management position. There is no pressure to request funding from sponsors, just developing a relationship that benefits the sponsor, the community, along with American Kidney Services by placing donation bins at their business. Donated goods are collected and sold to raise funds for kidney patients and their families.
