Community Liaison - Sales/Marketing Representative- Home Care Marketer
Base pay: $40,000 - with Commission: up to $128,800 First year

Amada Senior Care is looking for a caring and compassionate Community Liaison -outside Sales & Marketing Rep to become a part of our team and join our mission to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, our staff and the senior community in which we serve.
We are looking for a high-energy, results-focused candidate who is committed to expanding our organization. The self-starter individual we seek exerts excellent relationship management skills and swiftly adapts to the ever-changing senior care industry.
This is a full-time, exempt position with the fastest-growing home care company listed on the Inc. 5000 and in Franchise Business Review.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales/marketing or related business field.
Outside sales experience preferred in health care industry.
A proven track record of relationship-based selling, account management, and goal achievement.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
Initiative to work independently. Self-confident, self-motivated and goal oriented. Has a competitive spirit!
Strong technology skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, mapping software, social media platforms, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours, as responsibilities may dictate.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, and a clean DMV record.
Market to new and established referral sources and effectively design and execute a 5-day call cycle within a specified geographical area.
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on our services and sign them up to be clients.
Submit weekly KPI report and log all calls into CRM daily.
Daily follow-up on all active and pending inquires.
Collaborate with other professionals in the senior care space and attend community-based events.
Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company.
Establish and maintain working relationships with various people and organizations.
Support AMADA’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
