Title: Program Manager

Location: College Park, Atlanta- GA

Projected Duration: 9+ Months

Pay Rate: $51.00 - $57.00/ HR W2 + Benefits* Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401K, Paternity Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, (8) Paid Holidays, (8) Paid Sick Days

Position Description:

Candidate must be local to Atlanta--must be able to be onsite but role will be hybrid

Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to manage multiple, simultaneous data center projects within a data center

Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, manage and complete projects, improve processes, identify and resolve technical dependencies between different machines deployment workflows in data centers

Gather requirements, define proper project scope, find resources and manage resource allocation for projects.

Work with customers to develop plans and schedules with well defined milestones

Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders in various locations and time zones. Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.

Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks and communicate overall status

Drive process development and iterative optimizations

Create and maintain master schedules, budgets, and other related project documentation

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

3-5 years of experience in project management Work experience managing large, complex projects In-depth experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong spreadsheet knowledge Strong project management, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or equivalent as well as project management tools

Desired

Knowledge of project management principles Experience with data center deployments Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
