Title: Risk Remediation Program Manager
The Business Risk Programs team identifies and reduces the risks to business units to keep us thriving. We anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover t closely with our business needs of our key clients, and understand how our range of product and service offerings can enable their business success. We provider risk services across the organization.
As a Risk Remediation Program Manager you'll be participating in risk operations and treatment, be a risk specialist to the organization and work with stakeholders on risk remediation programs for the thousands of agents across the organization and the company as a whole. You will work with various teams cross functionally, supporting risk remediation efforts by providing subject matter expertise in the business and technical risk domain. Through diligent risk management and programs you will enable performance, agility and growth while keeping the organization safe, secure and compliant.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Managing risk remediation efforts after risk has been identified
Managing complete life-cycle of remediation tickets
Risk mapping, aggregation, and insight generation from dashboards and inventory data to support new reporting capabilities and ad hoc data requests from partners
Assist with remediation program management by collecting updates from stakeholders on ongoing initiatives and keeping our tracker up-to-date
Mandatory Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years min of compliance, risk management, information security and/or auditing experience Strong knowledge and experience within the IT risk management space, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk remediation, risk reporting, and risk management. Program management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation and slide presentations. Ability to apply critical problem solving skills and propose solutions that optimize operational performance.
Desired Ability to program manage large scale efforts across the business. Ability to organize data and apply business context to improve processes or operations. Relevant professional certifications including CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CIPM, CCSP, GIAC, IAPP, PMP, CRISC or related international or information privacy or security certifications. Experience working at a major technology / engineering company Basic knowledge of scripting languages can be helpful, but not required.
