Position Description:

Mandatory: Solid program management skills to manage smartphone AR projects and AR platform. Help SW teams form programs and workstreams, set up team processes and milestones. Drive roadmapping, OKRs, scoping and feature delivery for projects. Run SW team sprints, tracking progress, dependencies, risks across multiple teams, manage schedules and team deliverables Manage communication and reporting. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to relevant stakeholders. Ensuring proper prioritization and cross-team alignment, partnering with Test/QA, Engineering, UX, UXR and other partner teams. Identifying and solving cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly. Design, build, and implement processes that help teams to operate efficiently. Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of relevant work experience, including software engineering and project management experience.
