Part-Time Office Admin job in Downtown Dallas!

Are you a strong and polished Administrative professional with at least 1.5 years of corporate experience looking for part-time work? If so, you may be a GREAT fit for Ajilon's awesome client in Downtown Dallas looking to hire a part-time Administrator to cover 7am-4pm on Thursdays and Fridays. You would be sitting in at the Front Desk, helping send and receive mail and packages, help coordinate the conference rooms, and order supplies. This is a long-term contract role, paying at least $17per hour.

Part-Time Admin Duties:
  • Facilities management
  • Helping with Shipping/Receiving of mail
  • Supply ordering/ inventory count
  • Back up to the Receptionist
  • Meeting room setup
  • IT Hardware management

Part-Time Office Assistant Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
